The cost of slow

Three things every business is paying for, whether they realise it or not.

Every missed message is a customer who chose someone else.

Every platform commission is margin you'll never see again.

Every hour your team spends typing replies is an hour they're not building your business.

MAKO closes the gaps.

Reframe

This is not a chatbot.
It's your business, in conversation.

How it works

Three steps. None of them yours.

Voice. Menu. Rules. Personality.

MAKO is built for you, not configured by you.

Onboarding in days, not months.

Where your customers already are.

No new app. No download. No friction.

Just a conversation that feels familiar.

Hundreds of conversations. Simultaneously.

Every one in your voice.

At 2am the same as 12pm.

Our promise

Three things we'll never compromise on.

Promise 01

Your brand, always.

MAKO never speaks as itself. It speaks as you. Every greeting, every recommendation, every follow-up reflects your business's personality. If a customer can tell they're talking to AI, we've failed.

Promise 02

Always on. Always learning.

MAKO doesn't sleep. Doesn't take breaks. Doesn't miss messages. Every conversation makes it smarter — learning your customers' preferences, optimising responses, lifting conversion with every exchange.

Promise 03

Your customers. Your data.

Every conversation, every preference, every customer detail is yours. We don't sell it. We don't share it. And we never use one business's data to make another business's MAKO smarter.

Same intelligence. Four voices.

One platform. Built to sound like every business it serves.

Founding partners

We're choosing our founding partners now.

MAKO is launching with a small group of businesses we'll work with closely. Founding partners get the deepest voice configuration, direct access to the team building the product, and preferential pricing not available at general launch.

We're not taking everyone. We're looking for businesses we can learn from while we make MAKO ready for the world.

A voice configuration session with the founders, not a form
Direct line to the team, not a ticketing queue
Founding partner pricing not available at launch
A real say in what we build next
I'm already a partner

We're reading every application personally.

Common questions

Things people ask before they ask MAKO.

No, MAKO is a conversational AI agent that learns each business's brand voice, menu, and rules, then handles customer conversations as their best team member would. Chatbots follow scripts. MAKO understands context, remembers customers, and improves with every exchange.
MAKO is a direct channel between your business and your customers, not a marketplace. There are no platform commissions on orders, no platform-owned customer data, and no third party deciding which businesses customers see first. Your relationship with the customer stays yours.
Yes, WhatsApp is MAKO's primary channel because it's where most customers already are. There's no app to download, no new account to create, and no friction between a customer and a conversation with your business.
You do. Every conversation, every customer preference, and every detail captured belongs to your business. MAKO never sells, shares, or uses your customer data to make another business's experience.
Not unless you want them to. MAKO is built to be invisible, speaking entirely as your business in the voice and style you set during onboarding. Customers experience a fast, familiar, on-brand exchange.
Most founding partners are live within two weeks. Setup includes a voice configuration session with our team, menu and rules ingestion, WhatsApp integration, and a soft launch period where our team works alongside yours before going fully live.
MAKO uses outcome-driven pricing tailored to your industry, not a flat SaaS fee. For food and beverage, this means a small transaction fee per completed outcome with an optional monthly cap, plus a one-time setup fee. Founding partners receive preferential rates that won't be available at general launch.
MAKO asks rather than guesses. If a customer asks about something outside its knowledge, it acknowledges, escalates to a human team member, and confirms back with the customer once it has the answer. Fabrication isn't allowed in the system.
MAKO launches in English and is built to handle multilingual deployments as we expand. Language support tracks the rollout to new regions; founding partners with multilingual customer bases should flag this during onboarding.
MAKO is launching in Australia and New Zealand with the founding partner cohort. International expansion is on the roadmap; we'll announce additional regions as they open and onboard founding partners in those markets first.
